v1.9 (really FINAL ;-))
-----------------------

Noticed a severe Bug in the sprite rotation logic, that would render sprites totally screwed up in 32-Bit mode.
This could not stand ;-). Fixed ....

v1.8 (FINAL)
-----------

After more than 3 years of idling, the final update to COF (sorry - was buisy with tedious stuff like getting a PhD
and being exploited as games company employee).

The changes mainly reflect enhancents to the Engine:

- Engine was ported to DirectX9 and Visual Studio 2005

- Engine code was extracted to a static link library.

- Migration from fixed to variable frame rate.

- Added Support for 32-bit and windowed modes.

- Window can now be minimized.

- Added Check for DirectX-Version

- Added in-game pause (when pressing ESC)

- Support for sprite rotations (severed heads will now rotate in 2 directions)

There is still some minor yerking (especially in the scroll-text) which can probably be adressed to the variable frame-rate emulation.
This will be fixed in the next project.
